Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Once we receive your order, we automatically check to confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to discuss alternate arrangements.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and start preparing your order for shipment.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.
We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, to the e-mail address provided during checkout.
If you do not receive shipping confirmation within four business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@vendingsupplyco.com.
International Orders
Please be aware that our products are designed specifically for the United States of America market. This means they require a 110V electrical system to function correctly.
Our products are certified to the United States of America standards but may not comply with electrical safety standards in other countries.
We are happy to ship our products to international customers. Due to the wide variety of product dimensions, we will provide an up-to-date shipping price quote on request. If you accept the quote, we will process your order and payment through our secure online payment gateway.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery or refuse to accept the delivery.
If you do accept the delivery, immediately take photos of the damaged packaging and products.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, send the photos to sales@vendingsupplyco.com, then visit our Returns page to lodge your return claim online.
