If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To begin a return, email us at support@vanguardsimrigs.com with your order number.
Our team will provide the correct return authorization and instructions.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in like-new condition.

All original packaging, parts, accessories, and hardware must be included.

The product must not show excessive wear, damage, or signs of misuse.
Items that arrive with damage not caused during shipping, or items returned without original packaging, may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
This policy protects both you and us from damage during transport and ensures products remain in resellable condition.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We will provide the correct return address and instructions, which may be:

A manufacturer’s warehouse

A distribution center

Or another authorized return location
Return shipping costs vary by product size and carrier, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once your return:

Arrives at the designated return location, and

Passes inspection for condition and completeness
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping charges paid at checkout (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered:

Take photos of the item and packaging on the day of delivery.

Email the photos to support@vanguardsimrigs.com.

Do not discard the packaging.
We will replace the item or provide a full refund at no cost to you.
Vanguard Simrigs covers shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Before shipment: full refund

After shipment: cancellations follow the standard 30-day return policy and return shipping costs may apply
Custom or build-to-order products cannot be canceled once production begins.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products marked “used,” “open-box,” or “certified pre-owned”

Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or improper installation

Products that are missing original packaging or components
-
Items purchased for short-term or event use (such as conventions or trade shows)

Digital products or downloadable content, if applicable
Manufacturer-Specific Policies
Some manufacturers have their own return requirements.
If a product has a manufacturer-specific return policy, it will be noted on the product page or provided during the return process.
Certain returns must be sent directly to the manufacturer’s facility, including some items shipping from Canada (e.g., Advanced SimRacing products).
Our team will provide the correct instructions.
