Shipping Policy

Shipping is FREE on all orders of $100 or more to customers within the United States of America.
Orders under $100 will incur a small shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


Handling Time (Order Processing)
Most in-stock orders are processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 3–5 business days after your payment has been authorized.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Some items (such as custom, built-to-order, or oversized products) may require additional handling time. When possible, any extended lead times will be noted on the product page.


Transit Time (Delivery After Shipment)
Once your order has shipped, standard ground delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.

Large or freight shipments (such as complete rigs or heavy components) may take 5–10 business days in transit. Deliveries to remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, or addresses requiring an appointment may also take longer.
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Once we receive your order, we automatically check to confirm that your item is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to discuss alternate arrangements.


Order Shipment
If your item(s) are available for shipment, we will process the charges and begin preparing your order during the handling time described above. When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If you do not receive shipping confirmation within five business days of placing your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@vanguardsimrigs.com.


Imported Products – Advanced SimRacing (Canada)
Some products sold by Vanguard Simrigs are manufactured and shipped directly from Advanced SimRacing’s facility in Canada.

For customers in the United States:

According to Advanced SimRacing, no tariffs apply to Advanced SimRacing–manufactured products.

However, your order may still be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the shipping carrier when crossing the border. These fees are not included in the product price or the total shown at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Vanguard Simrigs has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount in advance. If you have any questions about potential import fees, please contact us before placing your order.


International Orders
Please be aware that many of our products are designed specifically for the United States market and require a 110V electrical system to function correctly.

Our products are certified to United States standards but may not comply with electrical or safety standards in other countries.

We are happy to ship products internationally on a case-by-case basis. Due to the wide variety of product dimensions and destinations, we will provide an up-to-date shipping quote on request. If you accept the quote, we will process your order and payment through our secure online payment gateway.


Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery or refuse to accept the delivery.

If you do accept the delivery, immediately take photos of the damaged packaging and products.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, send the photos to support@vanguardsimrigs.com, then visit our Returns page to lodge your return claim online.
