INSTALLATION GUIDE
  • Without Seat Sliders
  1. Install the 22" profiles on the chassis. Tighten the bolts holding the corner gussets to the 22" profile, but leave the bolts attaching the 22" profile to the chassis loose.
  2. Install the seat brackets on the 22" profile. Make sure the inside edge of the seat bracket is flush with the inside edge of the 22" profile, then tighten the bolts holding the seat brackets on the 22" profile.
  3. Install the seat in the brackets, be careful not to scratch the seat while doing this. If necessary, slide the 22" profile further apart.
  4. Tighten the seat brackets to the seat in the desired position. Make sure you are using the same mounting holes on each side.
  5. Make sure the space between the 22" profiles and the base is equal on each side to center the seat with the chassis. It is okay for the 22" profiles not to be parallel with each other, as long as the seat is centered and straight.
  6. Your rig is ready to go!
  • With Seat Sliders
  1. Install the 22" profiles on the chassis. Tighten the bolts holding the corner gussets to the 22" profile, but leave the bolts attaching the 22" profile to the chassis loose.
  2. Install the seat sliders on the seat brackets. Make sure the inside edge of the seat slider is flush with inside edge of the seat bracket.
  3. Install the seat slider and seat bracket assembly on the seat while it is off the chassis. Make sure you are using the same mounting holes on each side. Be careful not to scratch the seat while doing this.
  4. Make sure the two seat sliders are at the same locking position.
  5. Bend the U handle bar for the seat sliders to make it wider or narrower depending on fitment.
  6. Install the U handle bar while being careful not to hurt your fingers.
  7. Install the seat assembly on the 22" profiles.
  8. Tighten both front or rear bolts holding the sliders on the 22" profile.
  9. Slide seat forwards or backwards to have access to the other bolts. Tighten them.
  10. Center the seat with the chassis by moving the whole 22" profile and seat assembly. Be careful not to scratch the profiles.
  11. Tighten the corner gusset bolts that were left loose at the beginning.
  12. Your rig is ready to go!

Orders under $100 will incur a small shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Confirmation

Once we receive your order, we automatically check to confirm that your item is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to discuss alternate arrangements.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (typically within 5 business days), we will process the charges and start preparing your order for shipment.

Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.

We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, to the e-mail address provided during checkout.

Imported Products – Advanced SimRacing (Canada)
Some products sold by Vanguard Simrigs are manufactured and shipped directly from Advanced SimRacing’s facility in Canada.

For customers in the United States:

According to Advanced SimRacing, no tariffs apply to Advanced SimRacing–manufactured products.

However, your order may still be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the shipping carrier when crossing the border.

These fees are not included in the product price or the total shown at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Vanguard Simrigs has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount in advance. If you have any questions about potential import fees, please contact us before placing your order.

International Orders
Please be aware that our products are designed specifically for the United States of America market. This means they require a 110V electrical system to function correctly.

Our products are certified to the United States of America standards but may not comply with electrical safety standards in other countries.

We are happy to ship our products to international customers on a case-by-case basis. Due to the wide variety of product dimensions, we will provide an up-to-date shipping price quote on request. If you accept the quote, we will process your order and payment through our secure online payment gateway.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery or refuse to accept the delivery.

If you do accept the delivery, immediately take photos of the damaged packaging and products.
